Students interested in applying should contact as soon as possible for access to the Sakai dropbox. The internal deadline for applications is 10/28/16. Interested students should begin work on their application well in advance, as the application requires several essays, including close analysis of a public policy issue. For the internal application, you will need a draft , a draft of your policy proposal, an unofficial transcript, and the names of three possible recommendation writers. All materials should be uploaded as Word docs or pdfs to your Sakai dropbox by 10/28/16.

Pomona may nominate a limited number of students. One Scholar or more is selected from each state, and up to 30 additional Scholars are selected at large.
